What is the difference with in-store raffle and online purchase entries?
In-store winners must pick up their pair at the selected store of winning within the pickup windows specified for the raffle. They must have a 'Government Issued' photo ID with a name that matches the entry and email presented. (Valid Government ID consists of non-expired driver's license, a state issued. photo ID, or a passport.)
Online winners will receive a unique, personal link to secure their pair through online purchase. Their pair will ship to their home. Shipping name and address must match purchase details.
Can I have someone else pick up my pair for me because I’m sick / out of town / etc.?
Only the raffle winner must be present to pick up their pair. If you have COVID-related symptoms, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate.
I successfully ordered, Why did my order get cancelled?
If your order was cancelled after you submitted payment, your information was flagged by our fraud protection system. We cannot push through transactions and encourage you to contact your bank for more information.
How long do I have to purchase?
You have 24 hours after you receive your email to complete your purchase.
Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?
