Orders over $100 before tax and excluding release product are eligible for free shipping, the option will appear during the checkout process.
Release product means any footwear, apparel, and accessories that has a release date.
Our flat rate shipping cost is $8. You have the option to add a signature requirement upon delivery for an additional $5. Unlike general products, all raffle products will be delivered via UPS ground with signature-required automatically added on at the cost of $15 to ensure safe delivery.
The following timeline can be utilized as a guideline for estimated delivery times:
Domestic: UPS Ground / 2 - 5 business days to process and ship your order, 5 - 10 business days once shipped based on your location.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery. Please note: tracking information may take up to one (1) business day to be updated after your order has been shipped.
If the address needs to be changed after an order is placed please contact us at email@example.com within the first 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to change the address, but cannot guarantee since we process orders as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges
You have 20 Days from when your order is shipped to process a return. Due to COVID-19, we are currently not accepting returns in-store.
Because of the nature of release products, we do not accept any returns for any purchases that launch on release dates or are purchased via raffle.
After you’ve received your order shipment confirmation, you’ll find a link to atmosusa.returnly.com to see if your item is eligible and start your return process.
All refund payments are initiated after the product has been received to our warehouse. Once processed and approved, it usually takes 3 - 5 Business days to reflect on your bank statement.

Can I enter for in-store and online purchase?
No, only one entry per person, per email address is allowed.
Can I enter for more than one size if the shoe is offered in adult and kid’s sizes?
No, only size entry per person, per email address is allowed for each shoe style.
Can multiple people from the same household enter?
No, one entry per household. Email addresses and phone numbers must be unique for each person.
Do I need to have an Instagram to enter?
No, you do not. If you do not have an Instagram handle, you can put N/A in that field.
How do I know if my entry was accepted?
If you submitted your information correctly and received an email to verify your entry and follow the instructions of it - your entry will be counted.

What is the difference with in-store raffle and online purchase entries?
In-store winners must pick up their pair at the selected store of winning within the pickup windows specified for the raffle. They must have a photo ID with a name that matches the entry and email presented.
Online winners will receive a unique, personal link to secure their pair through online purchase. Their pair will ship to their home. Shipping name and address must match purchase details.
Can I have someone else pick up my pair for me because I’m sick / out of town / etc.?
Raffle winner must be present to pick up their pair. If you have COVID-related symptoms, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate.
I successfully ordered, Why did my order get cancelled?
If your order was cancelled after you submitted payment, your information was flagged by our fraud protection system. We cannot push through transactions and encourage you to contact your bank for more information.
